حَدَّثَنَا رِبْعِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍأَنَّ سَهْلَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ قَالَ
رَأَيْتُ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ أَحْرَقَتْ قِطْعَةً مِنْ حَصِيرٍ ثُمَّ أَخَذَتْ تَجْعَلُهُ عَلَى جُرْحِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ الَّذِي بِوَجْهِهِ قَالَ وَأُتِيَ بِتُرْسٍ فِيهِ مَاءٌ فَغَسَلَتْ عَنْهُ الدَّمَ
Translation

✧ I saw Fatimah, daughter of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, on the day of Uhud, burn a piece of a reed mat and then apply it to the wound on the face of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He said: And a shield with water in it was brought and she washed the blood from it.
