حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ عَنْ هَمَّامٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ عَنْ مَعْدَانَ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ مَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ
مَنْ فَارَقَ الرُّوحُ الْجَسَدَ وَهُوَ بَرِيءٌ مِنْ ثَلَاثٍ: الْكِبْرِ، وَالْغُلُولِ، وَالدَّيْنِ فَهُوَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ، أَوْ: وَجَبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ
Translation

✧ Whoever dies while being free of three things—arrogance, cheating from war spoils, and debt—will be in Paradise, or Paradise becomes guaranteed for him.
