حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ جُمْهَانَ عَنْ سَفِينَةَ قَالَ
كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي سَفَرٍ، فَكُلَّمَا أَعْيَا بَعْضُ الْقَوْمِ أَلْقَى عَلَيَّ سَيْفَهُ وَتُرْسَهُ وَرُمْحَهُ، حَتَّى حَمَلْتُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا كَثِيرًا. فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: أَنْتَ سَفِينَةُ.

✧ We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on a journey, and whenever some of the people got tired, they would throw their swords, shields, and spears on me until I carried many things. Then the Prophet ﷺ said, "You are the ship."
