حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ الْغَسَّانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ حَكِيمُ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ وحَبِيبُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ
لَا يَدَعُ رَجُلٌ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يَعْمَلَ لِلهِ [عَزَّ وَجَلَّ] أَلْفَ حَسَنَةٍ حِينَ يُصْبِحُ يَقُولُ: سُبْحَانَ اللهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ، فَإِنَّهَا أَلْفُ حَسَنَةٍ، فَإِنَّهُ لَنْ يَعْمَلَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ فِي يَوْمٍ مِنَ الذُّنُوبِ، وَيَكُونُ مَا عَمِلَ مِنْ خَيْرٍ سِوَى ذَلِكَ وَافِرًا

✧ Let none of you fail to perform for God [Mighty and Majestic] a thousand good deeds when he reaches the morning by saying: 'Glory be to God and praise be to Him' one hundred times, for that is a thousand good deeds. Then, God willing, he will not perform the like of that in a day of sins, and whatever good he does besides that will be abundant.
