حَدَّثَنَا مَكِّيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ حَرْبِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ قَالَ

مَنِ اغْتَسَلَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ ثُمَّ لَبِسَ ثِيَابَهُ، وَمَسَّ طِيبًا إِنْ كَانَ عِنْدَهُ، ثُمَّ مَشَى إِلَى الْجُمُعَةِ وَعَلَيْهِ السَّكِينَةُ، وَلَمْ يَتَخَطَّ أَحَدًا وَلَمْ يُؤْذِهِ، [ثُمَّ] رَكَعَ مَا قُضِيَ لَهُ، ثُمَّ انْتَظَرَ حَتَّى يَنْصَرِفَ الْإِمَامُ، غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا بَيْنَ الْجُمُعَتَيْنِ

Translation

  2. ʿAbdullāh b. Saʿīd
  3. Ḥarb b. Qays
  4. Abū al-Dardāʾ

✧ Whoever performs ghusl on Friday, then puts on his clothes, and touches perfume if he has any, then walks to the Friday prayer with tranquility, without stepping over anyone or harming them, [then] prays what is decreed for him, then waits until the imam finishes, will be forgiven what is between the two Fridays.
