✧ "That this horse had his call answered." He said, "And what is the supplication of an animal compared to the supplication of animals?" He said, "By the One in whose hand is my soul, there is no horse that does not call upon every charm and say, 'O Allah, You have made me a servant among Your servants and You have made my sustenance in Your hand, so make me more beloved to him (the owner) than his family, wealth, and children.'" Abdullah ibn Ahmad said, "My father and 'Amr ibn al-Harith both agreed with him (ibn Shimasa)."
