حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ الْحِمْصِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي طَالِبٍ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ

مَنْ زَنَّى أَمَةً لَمْ يَرَهَا تَزْنِي، جَلَدَهُ اللهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِسَوْطٍ مِنْ نَارٍ
