✧ We came from a funeral and passed by Abu Dharr. He said: We were with the Messenger of God ﷺ on a journey, and the muezzin wanted to give the call to prayer for the noon prayer. The Messenger of God ﷺ said: "Delay it." Then he wanted to give the call, and he said to him: "Delay it." And the third time—the most I know is that Shuʿba said: until we saw the shadow of the hillocks. He said: The intensity of the heat is from the blast of Hell, so when the heat becomes intense, delay the prayer until it cools.
