حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ حَدَّثَنِي زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الرَّقَاشِيُّ الْخَرَّازُ حَدَّثَنَا سَلْمُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ مِغْوَلٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْفَضْلِ عَنْ أَبِي الْجَوْزَاءِعَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

يَا بِلَالُ، اجْعَلْ بَيْنَ أَذَانِكَ وَإِقَامَتِكَ نَفَسًا يَفْرُغُ الْآكِلُ مِنْ طَعَامِهِ فِي مَهَلٍ، وَيَقْضِي الْمُتَوَضِّئُ حَاجَتَهُ فِي مَهَلٍ

✧ O Bilal, put between your adhan and your iqamah a pause so that the eater may finish his food at leisure and the one performing wudu may finish his need at leisure.
