حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ الْبَاهِلِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أُبَيٍّ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا اعْتَزَى فَأَعَضَّهُ أُبَيٌّ بِهَنِ أَبِيهِ فَقَالُوا مَاكُنْتَ فَحَّاشًا قَالَ إِنَّا أُمِرْنَا بِذَلِكَ حَدِيثُ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ الرِّيَاحِيِّ عَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ

Translation

✧ That a man boasted of his lineage, so Ubayy bit his tongue at his father's penis, and they said: 'You were not one given to obscenity.' He said: 'We were commanded to do that.' Ḥadīth of Abū al-ʿĀliyah al-Riyāḥī from Ubayy b. Kaʿb.
