✧ He witnessed the Prophet ﷺ when a bearer of good tidings came to him announcing the victory of an army of his over their enemy, while his head was in 'A'ishah's lap. He stood up and fell down prostrating, then began questioning the bearer of good tidings. He informed him—what he informed him—that a woman had taken charge of their affair. The Prophet ﷺ said: "Now the men are ruined when they obey the women—the men are ruined when they obey the women"—three times.
