حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنَا الْجُرَيْرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكَرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ
وَذُكِرَ الْكَبَائِرُ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: الْإِشْرَاكُ بِاللهِ [عَزَّ وَجَلَّ]، وَعُقُوقُ الْوَالِدَيْنِ وَكَانَ مُتَّكِئًا فَجَلَسَ وَقَالَ: وَشَهَادَةُ الزُّورِ، وَشَهَادَةُ الزُّورِ، وَشَهَادَةُ الزُّورِ. وَقَوْلُ الزُّورِ، وَشَهَادَةُ الزُّورِ فَمَا زَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُكَرِّرُهَا حَتَّى قُلْنَا: لَيْتَهُ سَكَتَ
Translation

✧ The major sins were mentioned in the presence of the Prophet ﷺ, and he said: 'Associating partners with Allah [Mighty and Majestic], and disobedience to parents.' He was reclining, then he sat up and said: 'And false testimony, and false testimony, and false testimony.' And false speech, and false testimony. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ kept repeating it until we said: 'If only he would be silent.'
