حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكَرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ كَتَبَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ

لَا يَقْضِي الْحَاكِمُ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ وَهُوَ غَضْبَانُ.
