حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ يَسَافٍ عَنْ رَبِيعِ بْنِ عُمَيْلَةَ الْفَزَارِيِّ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَحَبُّ الْكَلَامِ إِلَى اللهِ أَرْبَعٌ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَسُبْحَانَ اللهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَاللهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا يَضُرُّكَ بِأَيِّهِنَّ بَدَأْتَ وَلَا تُسَمِّيَنَّ غُلَامَكَ يَسَارًا وَلَا رَبَاحًا وَلَا نَجِيحًا وَلَا أَفْلَحَفَإِنَّكَ تَقُولُ أَثَمَّ هُوَ فَلَا يَكُونُ فَيَقُولُ لَا إِنَّمَا هُنَّ أَرْبَعٌ فَلَا تَزِيدُنَّ عَلَيَّ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: "The dearest words to God are four: 'There is no god but God,' 'Glory be to God,' 'Praise be to God,' and 'God is greatest.' It does not harm you with which of them you begin. And do not name your boy Yasar, Rabah, Najih, or Aflah, for you will say, 'Is he there?' and he will not be, so he will say, 'No.' They are only four, so do not add to them on my account."
