حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا وَيَأْخُذْ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا مَا رَضِيَ مِنَ الْبَيْعِ

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said: 'The two parties to a sale have the option (to cancel) as long as they have not separated, and each of them may take what he is satisfied with from the sale.'
