حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَوْفٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ خَالِدًا الْأَحْدَبَ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ مُحْرِزٍ قَالَ
أُغْمِيَ عَلَى أَبِي مُوسَى، فَبَكَوْا عَلَيْهِ فَأَفَاقَ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي أَبْرَأُ إِلَيْكُمْ مِمَّا بَرِئَ مِنْهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ، مِمَّنْ حَلَقَ، وَسَلَقَ، وَخَرَقَ
Translation

✧ Abu Musa fell unconscious, and they wept over him. He regained consciousness and said: ‘I declare myself free before you from what the Messenger of God ﷺ declared himself free: from the one who shaves (the head), wails loudly, and tears (the clothes).’
