Musnad Ahmad 19462

Translation

✧ A man said, "O Messenger of God," — al-Khaffāf said: I said, "O Messenger of God, a land in which no one has a share or division except the neighbor?" The Messenger of God ﷺ said, "The neighbor has more right to his adjacent property, as long as it is."
