حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ أَخْبَرَنَا حُسَيْنٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الشَّرِيدِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ الشَّرِيدِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ قَالَ

قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَرْضٌ لَيْسَ لِأَحَدٍ فِيهَا شِرْكٌ، وَلَا قَسْمٌ إِلَّا الْجِوَارُ ؟ قَالَ: الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ مَا كَانَ
