✧ The Prophet ﷺ performed 'umrah and circumambulated the House, and we circumambulated with him. He prayed behind the Maqam, and we prayed with him. Then he went out and walked briskly between al-Safa and al-Marwah while we were with him, shielding him from the people of Makkah, so that no one might throw at him or hit him with anything. He said: Then he supplicated against the Confederates, saying: 'O God, Revealer of the Book, Swift in reckoning, Defeater of the Confederates, O God, defeat them and shake them.' He said: And I saw on his arm a scar on his forearm. I asked: 'What is this?' He said: 'I was struck on the day of Hunayn.' I asked him: 'Did you witness Hunayn with him?' He said: 'Yes, and before that.'
