حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الْخَفَّافُ أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ غَنْمٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَارِجَةَ قَالَ
خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ بِمِنًى عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ، وَإِنِّي لَتَحْتَ جِرَانِ نَاقَتِهِ وَهِيَ تَقْصَعُ بِجِرَّتِهَا وَلُعَابُهَا يَسِيلُ بَيْنَ كَتِفَيَّ، فَقَالَ: « إِنَّ اللهَ [عَزَّ وَجَلَّ] قَدْ قَسَمَ لِكُلِّ إِنْسَانٍ نَصِيبَهُ مِنَ الْمِيرَاثِ، وَلَا يَجُوزُ لِوَارِثٍ وَصِيَّةٌ، أَلَا وَإِنَّ الْوَلَدَ لِلْفِرَاشِ، وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ، أَلَا وَمَنِ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ، أَوْ تَوَلَّى غَيْرَ مَوَالِيهِ رَغْبَةً عَنْهُمْ، فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ gave us a sermon while he was at Mina on his mount, and I was under the neck of his she-camel, and she was chewing her cud, and her saliva was flowing between my shoulders. He said: "Indeed God [Mighty and Majestic] has apportioned to every person his share of inheritance, and a bequest to an heir is not permissible. Indeed, the child belongs to the bed, and for the adulterer is the stone. Indeed, whoever claims descent from other than his father, or takes as patrons other than his patrons out of aversion to them, upon him is the curse of God, the angels, and all people."
