حَدَّثَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْكَلْبِيُّ وَيُونُسُ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ
إِذَا أَنْكَحَ الْوَلِيَّانِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا، وَإِذَا بَاعَ مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا
Translation

✧ If two guardians give a woman in marriage, she belongs to the first of them; and if he sells to two men, it belongs to the first of them.
