✧ I performed Hajj during the time of Uthman b. Affan and sat in the mosque of the Prophet ﷺ, and there was a man narrating to them. He said: "We were with the Messenger of God ﷺ one day when a man came and prayed by this column, but he hurried before completing his prayer, then left. The Messenger of God ﷺ said: 'If this man died, he would die having nothing to do with the religion. A man lightens his prayer and completes it.'" He said: I asked who the man was, and it was said: Uthman b. Hunayf al-Ansari.
