حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنِ ابْنَةِ كَرْدَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهَا
أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي نَذَرْتُ أَنْ أَنْحَرَ ثَلَاثَةً مِنْ إِبِلِي. فَقَالَ: إِنْ كَانَ عَلَى جَمْعٍ مِنْ جَمْعِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ، أَوْ عَلَى عِيدٍ مِنْ أَعْيَادِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ، أَوْ عَلَى وَثَنٍ، فَلَا، وَإِنْ كَانَ عَلَى غَيْرِ ذَلِكَ فَاقْضِ نَذْرَكَ قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّ عَلَى أُمِّ هَذِهِ الْجَارِيَةِ مَشْيًا، أَفَأَمْشِي عَنْهَا ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ
Translation

✧ He asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, saying: I vowed to slaughter three of my camels. He said: If it was for a gathering of the gatherings of Jahiliyyah, or for a festival of the festivals of Jahiliyyah, or for an idol, then no. If it was for other than that, then fulfill your vow. He said: O Messenger of Allah, the mother of this girl owes a walk. Should I walk on her behalf? He said: Yes.
