حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ وَكِيعِ بْنِ عُدُسٍ عَنْ عَمِّهِ أَبِي رَزِينٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

الرُّؤْيَا عَلَى رِجْلِ طَائِرٍ مَا لَمْ تُعْبَرْ، فَإِذَا عُبِرَتْ وَقَعَتْ " قَالَ: " وَالرُّؤْيَا جُزْءٌ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ جُزْءًا مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ " قَالَ: وَأَحْسَبُهُ قَالَ: " لَا يَقُصُّهَا إِلَّا عَلَى وَادٍّ أَوْ ذِي رَأْيٍ

✧ “A dream rests on a bird's leg as long as it is not interpreted; when it is interpreted, it comes to pass.” He said: “And a dream is one of forty-six parts of prophethood.” He said: “I think he also said: “One should not relate it except to a friend or one of sound judgment.””
