حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ أَخبَرنِي خُبَيْبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَسْعُودِ بْنِ نِيَارٍ قَالَ
أَتَانَا سَهْلُ بْنُ أَبِي حَثْمَةَ فِي مَسْجِدِنَا، فَقَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: إِذَا خَرَصْتُمْ فَخُذُوا وَدَعُوا: دَعُوا الثُّلُثَ، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَجُدُّوا أَوْ تَدَعُوا فَالرُّبُعَ.
