حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِعَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ قَالَ
مَرَّ بِقَوْمٍ يُعَذَّبُونَ فِي الْجِزْيَةِ بِفِلَسْطِينَ، قَالَ: فَقَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: إِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يُعَذِّبُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ الَّذِينَ يُعَذِّبُونَ النَّاسَ فِي الدُّنْيَا
Translation

✧ He passed by people who were being punished for the jizya (poll tax) in Palestine. He said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: Indeed, Allah, Mighty and Majestic, will punish on the Day of Resurrection those who punish people in this world.
