حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ يَعْنِي شَيْبَانَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ مُجَاشِعِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ
أَنَّهُ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ بِابْنِ أَخٍ لَهُ يُبَايِعُهُ عَلَى الْهِجْرَةِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: لَا، بَلْ يُبَايِعُ عَلَى الْإِسْلَامِ؛ فَإِنَّهُ لَا هِجْرَةَ بَعْدَ الْفَتْحِ، وَيَكُونُ مِنَ التَّابِعِينَ بِإِحْسَانٍ.

✧ He came to the Prophet ﷺ with a nephew of his to pledge allegiance to him upon emigration (hijra). The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'No, rather let him pledge allegiance upon Islam, for there is no emigration after the conquest, and he will be among the Followers with excellence.'
