حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ
لَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ أَهَرَاقَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْخَمْرَ وَكَسَرَ جِرَارَهُ وَنَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِهِ وَبَيْعِ الْأَصْنَامِ.

✧ On the day of the conquest of Mecca, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ spilled wine and broke its vessels, and he prohibited its sale and the sale of idols.
