✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ led them in the prayer of fear. A row stood before him and a row behind him. He prayed one rak'ah and two prostrations with those behind him, then those [behind] advanced until they stood in the place of their companions, and those [in front] came until they stood in the place of these. The Messenger of God ﷺ prayed one rak'ah and two prostrations with them, then he said the salam. Thus, the Prophet ﷺ had two rak'ahs and they had one.
