حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ صُهَيْبٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا أَتَى الْخَلَاءَ قَالَ: أَعُوذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبِيثِ أَوِ الْخَبَائِثِ،

Translation

✧ When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered the privy, he would say: 'I seek refuge in Allah from the male and female devils' or 'from the devils.'
