حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ قَتَادَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

رَخَّصَ أَوْ أَرْخَصَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لِعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، وَالزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ فِي لُبْسِ الْحَرِيرِ مِنْ حِكَّةٍ كَانَتْ بِهِمَا

Translation

  4. Anas b. Mālik

✧ The Prophet ﷺ permitted, or gave a concession to, Abd al-Rahman b. Awf and al-Zubayr b. al-Awwam to wear silk because of an itching they had.
