حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُبَارَكُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ
كُنْتُ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي بَيْتِهِ؛ فَسَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ: مَتَى السَّاعَةُ، يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ: أَمَا إِنَّهَا قَائِمَةٌ، فَمَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا؟ قَالَ: وَاللهِ مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا مِنْ كَثِيرِ عَمَلٍ إِلَّا أَنِّي أُحِبُّ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ. قَالَ: فَإِنَّكَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ، وَلَكَ مَا احْتَسَبْتَ
Translation

✧ I was with the Prophet ﷺ in his house when a man asked him: When is the Hour, O Messenger of Allah? He said: Indeed it is coming, so what have you prepared for it? He said: By Allah, I have not prepared for it much work, except that I love Allah and His Messenger. He said: Then you are with those whom you love, and you will have what you have hoped for.
