حَدَّثَنَا عَارِمٌ حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ

كُلُّ نَبِيٍّ قَدْ سَأَلَ سُؤَالًا، أَوْ قَالَ: لِكُلِّ نَبِيٍّ دَعْوَةٌ قَدْ دَعَا بِهَا، فَاسْتَخْبَأْتُ دَعْوَتِي شَفَاعَةً لِأُمَّتِي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَوْ كَمَا قَالَ

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said, "Every prophet has been asked a question or has made a supplication, and I have kept my supplication as an intercession for my nation on the Day of Resurrection, or as he said."
