حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يَشْرَبَ الرَّجُلُ قَائِمًا

Translation

    حديث أنس يعني في النهي جيد الإسناد ولكن قد جاء عنه خلافه يعني في الجواز قال ولا يلزم من كون الطريق إليه في النهي أثبت من الطريق إليه في الجواز أن لا يكون الذي يقابله أقوى لأن الثبت قد يروي هو ومن دونه الشيء فيرجح عليه
