✧ Ukaydir of Dumah gifted the Messenger of Allah ﷺ a robe of fine silk — or brocade; Sa'id was unsure — before silk was forbidden. He wore it, and the people marveled at it. He said: By the One in Whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, the handkerchiefs of Sa'd b. Mu'adh in Paradise are finer than this.
