حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا رَبَاحٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ يَكُونُ فِي أُمَّتِي اخْتِلَافٌوَفُرْقَةٌ يَخْرُجُ مِنْهُمْ قَوْمٌ يَقْرَءُونَ الْقُرْآنَ لَا يُجَاوِزُ تَرَاقِيَهُمْ سِيمَاهُمُ الْحَلْقُ وَالتَّسْبِيتُ فَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمُوهُمْ فَأَنِيمُوهُمْ التَّسْبِيتُ يَعْنِي اسْتِئْصَالَ الشَّعْرِ الْقَصِيرِ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: 'There will be in my nation disagreement and division. A people will come out from among them who recite the Quran but it will not go beyond their throats. Their mark is shaving and tasbit.' If you see them, then put them to rest. Tasbit means total removal of short hair.
