حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ

أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ بَكَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ، فَقَالَتْ: يَا أَبَتَاهُ، مِنْ رَبِّهِ مَا أَدْنَاهُ، يَا أَبَتَاهُ، إِلَى جِبْرِيلَ أَنْعَاهُ، يَا أَبَتَاهُ، جَنَّةُ الْفِرْدَوْسِ مَأْوَاهُ

Translation

✧ Fatimah wept over the Messenger of God ﷺ, saying: 'O my father, how close he is to his Lord! O my father, to Jibril we announce his death. O my father, the Garden of Firdaws is his abode.'
