حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ حَدَّثَنِي مُحْرِزُ بْنُ عَوْنِ بْنِ أَبِي عَوْنٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ حَنَشٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ
بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قَاضِيًا، فَقَالَ: إِذَا جَاءَكَ الْخَصْمَانِ، فَلَا تَقْضِ عَلَى أَحَدِهِمَا حَتَّى تَسْمَعَ مِنَ الْآخَرِ، فَإِنَّهُ يَبِينُ لَكَ الْقَضَاءُ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ sent me as a judge, and said: When the two litigants come to you, do not judge against either of them until you have heard from the other, for then the judgment will become clear to you.
