حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا سَلْمٌ الْعَلَوِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

رَأَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَلَى رَجُلٍ صُفْرَةً - أَوْ قَالَ: أَثَرَ صُفْرَةٍ - قَالَ: فَلَمَّا قَامَ قَالَ: لَوْ أَمَرْتُمْ هَذَا فَغَسَلَ عَنْهُ هَذِهِ الصُّفْرَةَ. قَالَ: وَكَانَ لَا يَكَادُ يُوَاجِهُ أَحَدًا فِي وَجْهِهِ بِشَيْءٍ يَكْرَهُهُ

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ saw a yellowish trace on a man, or he said: a trace of yellow. He said: When he got up, he said: If only you would order this man to wash off this yellow. He said: And he would hardly confront anyone face to face with something he disliked.
