✧ Whoever loves to meet Allah, Allah loves to meet him; and whoever hates to meet Allah, Allah hates to meet him. We said: O Messenger of Allah, all of us hate death. He said: That is not hatred of death, but when the believer is at the point of death, the bearer of good tidings from Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, comes to him with what he is going to, so nothing is more beloved to him than that he has met Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, so Allah loves to meet him. And when the wicked—or the disbeliever—is at the point of death, there comes to him what he is going to of evil—or what he will encounter of evil—so he hates to meet Allah and Allah hates to meet him.
