حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ
يَقْدَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ أَقْوَامٌ هُمْ أَرَقُّ مِنْكُمْ قُلُوبًا، قَالَ: فَقَدِمَ الْأَشْعَرِيُّونَ فِيهِمْ أَبُو مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيُّ، فَلَمَّا دَنَوْا مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ، كَانُوا يَرْتَجِزُونَ [يَقُولُونَ]: غَدًا نَلْقَى الْأَحِبَّهْ. مُحَمَّدًا وَحِزْبَهْ
Translation

✧ People will come to you who are more tender of heart than you. He said: Then the Ash'aris arrived, among them Abu Musa al-Ash'ari. When they drew near to Madinah, they would chant in rajaz: Tomorrow we shall meet the beloved ones, Muhammad and his party.
