حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ وَرَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى الْمَهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ بَعَثَ بَعْثًا إِلَى بَنِي لِحْيَانَ مِنْ بَنِي هُذَيْلٍ، قَالَ رَوْحٌ: مِنْ هُذَيْلٍ قَالَ: لِيَنْبَعِثْ مِنْ كُلِّ رَجُلَيْنِ أَحَدُهُمَا وَالْأَجْرُ بَيْنَهُمَا، ثُمَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِي مُدِّنَا وَصَاعِنَا، وَاجْعَلْ مَعَ الْبَرَكَةِ بَرَكَتَيْنِ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent an expedition to Banu Lihyan of Banu Hudhayl—Rawh said: of Hudhayl. He said: Let one of every two men go forth, and the reward is between them. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: O Allah, bless us in our mudd and our sa', and place with the blessing two blessings.
