✧ A slain man or a dead body was found between two villages. The Messenger of God ﷺ ordered that the distance between the two villages be measured to see to which of them it was closer. It was found to be closer to one of them by a span. He said: It is as if I am looking at the span of the Messenger of God ﷺ, so he assigned it to the one it was closer to.
