✧ While a man of Aslam was tending his small flock of sheep in the desert of Dhu al-Hulayfah, a wolf attacked and snatched a sheep from his flock. The man shouted at it and threw stones at it until he rescued his sheep. Then the wolf came and sat back on its haunches, wrapping its tail around itself, facing the man, and mentioned something like the hadith of Shu'ayb b. Abi Hamzah.
