حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُأَبِي الْمَوَالِ مَوْلًى لِآلِ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ قَالَ
كَانَتْ جِنَازَةٌ فِي الْحَيِّ، فَجَاءَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ فَوَسَّعُوا لَهُ، فَأَبَى أَنْ يَتَقَدَّمَ وَقَالَ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: إِنَّ خَيْرَ الْمَجَالِسِ أَوْسَعُهَا
Translation

✧ There was a funeral in the neighborhood. Abu Sa'id came, and they made room for him. He refused to go forward and said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'The best of gatherings is the widest one.'
