✧ There will emerge among you a people whose prayer you will despise compared to your prayer, and whose fasting compared to your fasting, and whose deeds compared to your deeds. They recite the Quran but it does not pass beyond their throats. They pass through the religion as an arrow passes through the game. One looks at the arrowhead and sees nothing, then looks at the shaft and sees nothing, then looks at the fletching and sees nothing, and he doubts about the notch.
