✧ When the Messenger of God ﷺ swore and exerted himself in an oath, he said: 'No, by the One in whose hand is the soul of Abu al-Qasim, a group from my community will surely emerge whose deeds you deem insignificant compared to their deeds. They recite the Qur'an but it does not go past their collarbones. They pass through Islam as an arrow passes through the game.' They said: 'Is there any sign by which they are known?' He said: 'Among them is a man with a small breast-like protrusion, and they shave their heads.' Abu Sa'id said: Twenty or twenty-some of the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ told me that 'Ali was in charge of killing them. He said: I saw Abu Sa'id after he had grown old, his hands trembling, saying: 'Fighting them is more lawful to me than fighting their equal number of Turks.'
