✧ O Messenger of Allah, Omar said: "I heard so-and-so say something good about you, that you gave him two dinars." The Prophet replied, "No, but I gave him between ten and two hundred dinars, and sometimes someone asks me for something and I give it to him, but he goes out holding onto it and it is not for him except fire." Omar asked, "O Messenger of Allah, why do you give it to them?" The Prophet replied, "They only ask me, and Allah does not like me to be stingy."
