✧ We used to go on military expeditions with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and among us were those who fasted and those who broke their fast. The one who fasted did not find fault with the one who broke his fast, nor did the one who broke his fast find fault with the one who fasted. They considered that whoever had strength and fasted, that was good, and they considered that whoever was weak and broke his fast, that was good.
