حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَيُّوبَ مِنْ وَلَدِ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا زُرْعَةَ يُذْكَرُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

لَا يَتَفَرَّقُ الْمُتَبَايِعَانِ عَنْ بَيْعٍ إِلَّا عَنْ تَرَاضٍ.
